Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all unused, unworn products within 14 DAYS of receiving your order  for a full refund (minus shipping) to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately at this time, ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

Returns initiated after this 14-day period will only qualify for store credit.  

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, altered, or washed. All returned swimwear and clothing must be in new and unused condition, with security lock hangtags and swimwear hygiene liners intact. Additionally, all returns must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to our customer service team upon receiving your order. We will request photographs of the damaged item(s) for assessment. Following our evaluation, we will notify you regarding the possibility of a replacement. Please note that any packages returned without prior approval will be refused.

All returns are directed to our Oregon shipping facility, and shipping times may vary accordingly. Please anticipate a processing time of 5-7 business days for refunds to be initiated following the delivery of your return package. Additionally, kindly allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

All sale items are FINAL and are not subject to our return policy. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for an exchange, return, or price adjustment. 

Discount codes are not valid on sale merchandise unless specified. 

Aquari reserves the right to make changes to the sale at any time. We do not offer price adjustments on Final Sale items.
